Job Description
1. Fully preside over the after-sales service work, hold regular meetings regularly, solve problems that arise in the work in a timely manner, and ensure the realization of business goals.
2. Formulate after-sales service management system and business process work standards;
3. Formulate after-sales service work plans to ensure the completion of monthly and annual business indicators of after-sales service.
4. The after-sales service department assesses the completion of the work in each position and advises employees to achieve work targets.
5. Formulate a training plan for the after-sales service department and organize the implementation to improve the ability of employees to work.
6. Docking with manufacturers' services, actively cooperating with the work of manufacturers' service centers, and timely publicity and implementation of manufacturers' service policies.
7. Timely feedback service needs and information to the relevant departments of the manufacturer.
8. Participate in the formulation of the staff plan and performance system of the after-sales service department, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.
9. Handle major customer complaints and claims in a timely manner, supervise and ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
