Under the leadership of National Railway Group, CRRC Sifang Co., Ltd. has developed a new type of “Fuxing” intelligent emu based on the existing 350 kilometers per hour CR400AF emu platform, integrating new technologies such as the Internet, cloud computing, big data, and 5G.The new car has been upgraded in terms of intelligence, comfort, safety, operation and maintenance convenience, and the service functions have been optimized again.
According to Tao Lin, the chief designer of CRRC Sifang Co., Ltd., the new “Fuxing” intelligent emu unveiled this time adopts a new appearance, which is smart and beautiful.The car seats are also optimized based on ergonomics to make passengers more comfortable and have a better experience.The car adopts frequency conversion air conditioning, which makes the temperature adjustment more accurate, reduces the temperature fluctuations in the car, and makes the passenger's body feel more comfortable.The dining car is equipped with vending machines, and passengers can purchase drinks, fruits, snacks, etc. by themselves.The 17 ultra-long marshalling trains provide WiFi based on 5G technology. With the coverage of 5G network signals along the route, they will provide passengers with better mobile network services.
In addition, the level of intelligent operation and maintenance of intelligent emus has been further upgraded.The whole vehicle has more than 3,300 monitoring points, adopts Ethernet vehicle control technology, and the transmission capacity is increased by 100 times. At the same time, it supports 5G vehicle-to-ground wireless communication, and the vehicle status information can be “all data” transmitted to the ground in real time.
“The ‘brains’ of smart emus are also more'smart’."Tao Lin said that the intelligent emu upgrades and optimizes the fault prediction and health management system, and uses big data technology to realize automatic early warning or prediction of the failure of key system components of the EMU, while guiding the train to start the “maintenance mode” according to the situation."For the first time, the smart emu has also developed smart devices and functions such as human-computer interaction intelligent display, precise fault handling guidance, and handheld mobile terminals for the crew to facilitate the daily driving of the crew.
