In order to promote the company's management to a new level and further strengthen employees' awareness of the IRIS system, the Quality management Department of our company recently organized IRIS system training.Employees of our company's technology center, manufacturing department, Manufacturing Engineering Department, quality Management Department and other related departments participated in this training.
This training first introduced the relevant content of the IRIS system, focusing on the introduction, scope, normative reference documents, terminology and definitions, organizational environment, leadership role, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement of the IRIS quality management system. The expert teachers took the method of experience sharing to explain in detail, and finally conducted group simulation exercises.The employees who participated in the training brainstormed and held intense discussions on different points of view.
This training, through the combination of theory and practice, has deepened the participants' understanding of the IRIS system. Our company intends to conduct an IRIS system review in the near future.
